I’ve spent more than 20 years working inside HCBS and disability services, helping agencies make sense of their systems, data, and compliance requirements. Whenever workflows got confusing or regulations felt overwhelming, I was the person teams called to bring clarity and structure. My experience comes from real, hands-on work across nearly every part of a provider organization.
